Terms of Service

1. PickPH service

PickPH provides tools that can help sellers create and manage online storefronts, products, customer orders, notifications, delivery integrations, catalog products and related business functions. Features may differ between stores and may change over time.

2. Seller responsibilities

• Provide accurate store, product, price, contact and fulfillment information.
• Keep account credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access.
• Honor orders and customer commitments you accept, subject to your stated policies and applicable law.
• Use PickPH only for lawful products, services and business activities.
• Ensure that product descriptions, images, trademarks and other content you upload or publish may lawfully be used.

3. Customer orders and seller relationship

Unless PickPH explicitly states otherwise for a particular transaction, the seller operating a PickPH store is responsible for the products or services sold through that store, product accuracy, inventory, fulfillment, refunds and customer service. PickPH provides technology that facilitates the ordering workflow.

4. Third-party services

PickPH may integrate with third parties such as payment processors, Firebase, Google Maps/Places, Lalamove and CJ Dropshipping. Those services may have their own terms, availability, pricing, limitations and policies. PickPH cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems.

5. CJ catalog, shipping and prices

Where CJ Dropshipping catalog products are made available, product cost, availability, variants, shipping methods and delivery estimates originate from external supplier data and can change. PickPH may cache and calculate PHP selling prices using configured exchange rates, shipping estimates, buffers and markups. Sellers and PickPH administrators remain responsible for reviewing pricing and availability settings before relying on them.

6. Payments and delivery

Payment and delivery availability depends on the options enabled for a store. Sellers are responsible for verifying payment receipt when a payment method requires manual confirmation. Delivery quotes and bookings supplied by third-party couriers are subject to the courier's own service conditions and actual availability.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use PickPH to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, submit fraudulent orders or payment information, or abuse other users or service providers.

8. Suspension and termination

PickPH may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment for paid services, or serious violation of these Terms. Sellers may request account deletion through the Delete Account page.

9. Availability and warranties

PickPH is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but outages, supplier changes, API failures, delivery limitations and other interruptions can occur. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PickPH does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PickPH is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by seller actions, customer actions, third-party providers, inaccurate supplier data, external outages or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
