Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Depending on how PickPH is used, we may process the following information:

• Seller account information: name, email address, password hash, account role and account status.
• Store information: business/store name, contact details, address, location coordinates, opening hours, product/menu information, images, payment instructions and other settings provided by a seller.
• Customer order information: customer name, email address, phone number, order items, pickup or delivery details, notes, order status, payment method and payment-related references or screenshots when the relevant payment flow uses them.
• App and device information: authentication/session tokens, Firebase Cloud Messaging registration tokens, device name, app version, user agent and limited security/rate-limit identifiers such as hashed IP-related values.
• Support and deletion requests: information you submit when contacting support or requesting deletion of a PickPH Seller account.

2. How we use information

• Provide seller login, store management, ordering and order-management functions.
• Send order alerts, account/security emails and push notifications.
• Process or coordinate delivery, payment and catalog functions selected by a store or platform administrator.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and repeated failed login attempts.
• Maintain, debug and improve PickPH.
• Respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.

3. Service providers and data sharing

PickPH does not sell personal information. We may provide limited data to service providers only when needed to operate a feature. Depending on which PickPH features are enabled, these providers can include:

• Google Firebase for push notifications and related app infrastructure.
• Google Maps / Places for address search and location selection.
• Lalamove when a delivery quote or delivery booking is requested.
• Payment processors configured for a store or for PickPH, when a payment feature is used.
• CJ Dropshipping for catalog, product, shipping or fulfillment-related operations when those features are enabled.
• Email and hosting providers used to operate PickPH and send transactional email.
• OpenAI image services only when an authorized administrator explicitly uses PickPH product-photo cleanup tools; the selected product image is sent for that task.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or PickPH, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable legal requirements.

4. Security

PickPH uses measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS for data in transit, access controls, server-side authentication, one-way password hashing, expiring authentication links/tokens where applicable, and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Active seller account and store information is generally retained while the account or store is active. Authentication/device tokens are removed or deactivated when no longer needed. Transaction, order, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute records may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary or legally required.

6. Account and data deletion

PickPH Seller users can request deletion of their account through the public Delete Account page, including after uninstalling the app. A verification step is used to help prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

After a verified deletion request is processed, PickPH removes or anonymizes the seller login credentials, account access, authentication tokens and registered push-notification devices associated with that seller account. Where the deleted seller was the only manager of a store, the store is paused and matching seller contact details are removed from active use.

Some transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution records may be retained where there is a legitimate or legal reason to do so. Such retained information is limited to what is necessary and is not kept for unrelated marketing purposes.

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.

7. Cookies, sessions and local storage

PickPH may use session cookies, browser storage or similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, cart state, security, notification preferences and normal website/app operation. PickPH Seller is not designed around third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

PickPH Seller is intended for business operators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the seller application for children.

9. International processing

PickPH and its service providers may process information in countries different from the user's location. When this occurs, we use the information only for the purposes described in this policy and subject to applicable requirements.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PickPH changes. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are published.
