Delete PickPH Account

This page is the official external account-deletion resource for PickPH Seller. You can use it even if you no longer have the app installed.

What happens when your request is completed?

Your PickPH Seller login access is disabled.
Your password/login credentials are replaced or removed from active use.
Active mobile authentication tokens and registered push-notification device tokens are deleted.
Your seller access to linked stores is removed.
If you are the only active manager of a store, the store is paused and matching active seller contact details are removed from use.

Some order, transaction, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute records may be retained when there is a legitimate or legal need, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
